# Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007, Section 801 (FDAAA 801)

A U.S. law (Public Law 110-85) enacted on September 27, 2007. Section 801 amended the Public Health Service Act to expand ClinicalTrials.gov by creating a clinical study results database and establishing new reporting requirements.
